DECISION ON THE WILF GROUP’S MOTION TO DISMISS CHAPTER 11 CASE WITHOUT A REVESTING

A secured creditor seeks (a) to dismiss this Chapter 11 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(a) and (b) to prevent property of the estate from re-vesting in the debtor for a period of 180 days, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 349(b)(3).
