MEMORANDUM OPINION

ERIC L. FRANK, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The above-captioned chapter 13 bankruptcy cases were dismissed prior to confirmation of each debtor’s chapter 13 plan. In each case, the law firm of Jenkins & dayman (“J & C”), served as counsel for the Debtor and requested that the court direct the chapter 13 trustee (“the Trustee”) to make a distribution to J & C on account of unpaid counsel fees allegedly earned by J & C in the course of the bankruptcy representation.
