Appellants Milford Connecticut Associates, L.P. (the “Debtor” or “MCA”), Pe-tillo Enterprises, Inc. (“Petillo”), and Success-Treuhand, GMBH (“Success”) (collectively, the “appellants”) appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court’s decision to convert this case from a Chapter 11 proceeding to a Chapter 7 proceeding. The appellants contend that Bankruptcy Judge Albert S. Dabrowski erred by concluding that there was “cause,” pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112, for the conversion.
