RULING ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

KRAVITZ, District Judge.

Plaintiffs brought this action alleging racketeering, fraud, and various other related claims' against Defendant Raymond Tuppatsch. Tuppatsch now moves for summary judgment [doc. #26], arguing that Plaintiffs’ claims are barred by two prior judgments in Tennessee state court and/or by the terms of a release signed by the parties. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the motion for summary judgment.
