Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss For Failure to State a Claim [doc. # 12], their Motion to Dismiss For Lack of Personal Jurisdiction [doc. # 13], and their Request for Judicial Notice [doc. # 14]. After the Court provided Mr. Chien notice of the Motions to Dismiss [doc. # 16], he filed a Motion for Leave to Amend [doc. #22] and attached a First Amended Complaint. Defendants filed an Objection to the Motion to Amend [doc. #25], and Mr. Chien responded both to Defendants’ objection and to Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss.…
