Plaintiffs Procter & Gamble Co. ("P&G") and Canfield Scientific, Inc. ("Canfield") (collectively, "Plaintiffs") filed a patent infringement suit against Defendant QuantifiCare Inc. ("QuantifiCare"). Plaintiffs allege that QuantifiCare infringes claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,571,003 ("the '003 Patent"). Before the Court is QuantifiCare's Motion to Dismiss, which contends that the asserted claims of the '003 Patent fail to recite patent-eligible subject matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
