Plaintiff MyMail, Ltd. ("MyMail") filed patent infringement actions against Defendants ooVoo, LLC ("ooVoo") and IAC Search & Media, Inc. ("IAC") (collectively, "Defendants"). MyMail alleges that Defendants infringe claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,275,863 ("the '863 Patent") and U.S. Patent No. 9,021,070 ("the '070 Patent"). Before the Court are Defendants' motions for judgment on the pleadings.
