I. INTRODUCTION

Judith Trackwell appeals the judgment of the district court for Lancaster County affirming the decision of the Nebraska State Personnel Board (Board), which, in turn, upheld the decision of the Nebraska Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to terminate the employment of Trackwell.
