Respondent David Middleton stands accused of two counts of murder on theories of both premeditation and felony murder, two counts of kidnapping, one count of grand larceny, one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, one count of possession of stolen property, and two counts of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. After a preliminary hearing, the justice’s court bound respondent over for trial.
