ROBERT M. PARKER, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Hugh Symons Group, pic (“Hugh Symons”), appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to ap-pellee Motorola, Inc. (“Motorola”). We affirm.

I. Background.

In 1995, representatives of Concept Technologies, Ltd. (“Concept”) and Motorola met at an electronics trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Concept was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hugh Symons, both based in the United Kingdom.
