Purchasers of Crossroads Systems, Inc. stock between January 25, 2000, and August 24, 2000, filed this putative class action against Crossroads and three of its officers seeking recovery for securities fraud under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5.
