Nancy Lien Griffin appeals, and Martin Griffin cross-appeals, from the June 16, 1994, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Partial Judgment and the December 2, 1994, Order and Final Judgment of the Fifth Judicial District Court, Beaverhead County, regarding the distribution and valuation of the marital estate, a business owned by the parties, and child support.
