¶1 Teresa Herrera (Teresa) petitioned for dissolution of her marriage to Richard Herrera (Richard) in the First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark County. Following a non-jury trial, the District Court entered Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decree of Dissolution, dissolving the parties’ marriage, distributing the couple’s property, setting child support obligations, and approving the shared parenting plan.
