Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered July 22, 1998 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability.
On September 29, 1994, plaintiff Abdelfattah Z.
