ANDERSON, Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, found the appellant guilty, pursuant to his pleas, of one specification of sodomy with a child under the age of 12, two specifications of indecent acts with a child, and three specifications of indecent liberties with a child in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934. The appellant was sentenced to confinement for 5 years, reduction to pay grade E-1, and a dishonorable discharge.
