General Accident Insurance Company of America (“General Accident”) brought this action against Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland (“Fidelity”) seeking reimbursement under a blanket bond Fidelity had issued to General Accident. General Accident alleges that it lost over $2,000,000 as a result of a fraud perpetrated on it, in part, by some of its employees.
