J.B.M. (“the father”), the biological father of W.M. and B.M. (“the children”), appeals from orders of the Cullman Probate Court (“the probate court”), disposing of his postjudgment motions seeking relief from judgments entered by the probate *679court on July 18, 2012, granting the petitions of J.C.M. (“the stepfather”), the children’s stepfather, to adopt the children. We dismiss the appeals in part, reverse the probate court’s order of October 12, 2012, dismissing the father’s second post-judgment motion, and remand the cases to the probate court for it to consider the…
