This is an appeal by the People of the State of California (successor to California Employment Stabilization Commission, successor to California Employment Commission) from an adverse judgment rendered in a suit to collect unpaid contributions due from workmen employed in a hay-baling enterprise under section 45 of the Unemployment Insurance Act of California. (Stats. 1935, ch. 352, p. 1226, as amended; 3 Deering’s Gen. Laws, Act 8780d.)
