Under provisions of section 5278 of the Civil Code, Dickerson, who had a judgment against Woods, rendered in Chattooga county, obtained from the justice’s court in Chattooga county, on October 1, 1910, a copy of the-judgment, with an attached certificate verifying the copy, and upon presentation and delivery of the certified copy of the judgment to R. G. Phillips, justice of the peace in Walker county, on June 19, 1911, Phillips issued summons of garnishment, which was served upon W. M.
