Jeff A. Taylor brought a suit against the Central of Georgia Kailway Company in the municipal court of Atlanta, for damages alleged to have resulted from a breach of a contract of carriage. The petition alleges that on August 1, 1922, the plaintiff delivered to the defendant railway company at Buena Yista, Georgia, a carload of watermelons, consigned in the bill of lading to S. W.
