Only the second headnote needs elaboration. A rule nisi was issued by the judge of the city court of Black-shear against B. H. Morgan, calling upon him to show cause why he should not be adjudged in contempt of court because he “ did accost and abuse” C. A. Thomas, a witness, about the evidence *84of Thomas in a case then on trial in that court.
