This matter arose out of an attachment issued by the District Court for the Southern District of Georgia against the defendant, W. A. Huff, upon an order of the court charging the defendant with contempt in having written and delivered to the District Judge for the Southern District of Georgia two letters, which were filed by direction of the judge as part of the record of a cause in equity in which the defendant in this proceeding was one of the defendants, and certain of his creditors were plaintiffs, which was entitled on the docket of the District Court, to which it…
