The epitomized statement contained in the brief of appellee’s counsel, of the contents of the bill and other pleading as shown by the record, and which we adopt as sufficiently presenting the facts,, is as follows: '
The hill in this case as originally filed by the appellee, the First National Bank of Montgomery, averred that the Builders & Painters Supply Company was. indebted to it in the sum of $18,000, evidenced by the notes, of the debtor company.
