The bill was filed in the chancery court by an alleged judgment creditor, to set aside as fraudulent a paper writing executed on February 10, 1910, by H. G. G. Donald, to the McGowin Lumber & Export Company, a corporation.

A portion of the evidence was taken orally, in open court, before the chancellor. Gen. Acts 1915, p. 705; Andrews v. Grey, 74 South., 62. 1 ■ By operation of law the chancery court ceased to exist after January 14, 1917; and pending causes were transferred to the circuit court for trial or decision.
