¶1 This is an action to disestablish the paternity of a presumed parent and establish the paternity of another man. The questions chiefly pertain to the statute of limitations. We conclude that the discovery rule has no application in such cases and that under the circumstances here, the doctrine of estoppel does not apply to toll the limitations period. Given that the child is not a party, and thus not bound, we reject arguments that the limitations period violates the child’s due process and equal protection rights.
