Plaintiff, Great American Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Cook County granting defendants’ motion to dismiss its action for declaratory judgment. Plaintiff sought a determination as to whether it was obligated to defend and pay claims on behalf of its insured, a public warehouse, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a warehouseman’s legal liability policy between the parties.
