Per Curiam.-
An action was brought to recover damages from the city for-personal injuries received by the plaintiff while on the sidewalk, and alleged to have been caused by a trailer on wheels attached to one of the city’s fire trucks, which trailer it is alleged was of such length and construction that in turning corners of streets said trailer and its appurtenances would habitually sweep over and across adjacent sidewalks to the danger of the life and limb of pedestrians on the sidewalks.
