Plaintiff-appellant, James A. Machinis, appeals from the trial court’s granting of the motion of defendant, Bóard of Election Commissioners for the City of Chicago (Board), for directed findings in favor of defendant and against plaintiff on both counts of plaintiff’s complaint.
