Defendants Efficient Construction Corporation (Efficient) and Ex-cellant Builders, Inc. (Excellant), appeal from an order of the circuit court entering judgment in favor of plaintiff American Country Insurance Company (American) and against Efficient and Excellant following a bench trial in a declaratory judgment action. We reverse and remand.
