This cause comes before the court on defendant Indiana Bell Telephone Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff George J. Luddington, a black employee of Indiana Bell, filed a two-count complaint on November 3, 1986, against his employer for its alleged actions or inactions with respect to his promotion and transfer opportunities.
