Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alvin Schlesinger, J.), rendered May 2, 1990, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and sodomy in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 14 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
