Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Collini, J.) rendered November 13, 2007 convicting him of rape in the first degree (two counts), *734criminal sexual act in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
