This is an action for damages for personal injuries. It was instituted in the district court of Tulsa county on August 21, 1941, by Marion S. Moore, as plaintiff, against the Evlo Refining & Marketing Company, as defendant. The cause was tried to a jury, resulting in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $2,000.
The defendant presents the cause to this court, appearing herein as plaintiff in error. The order of appearance is thus reversed in this court. We shall continue to refer to the parties by their trial court designation.
