ERICKSON, Circuit Judge.
David Faltermeier appeals the district court's 1 grant of summary judgment against his claim that FCA US LLC ("FCA") violated the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act ("MMPA") by making deceptive representations about the safety of certain Jeep vehicles. He also appeals the district court's denial of his motion to remand to state court, claiming that the jurisdictional amount-in-controversy requirements under the Class Action Fairness Act ("CAFA") have not been satisfied.
