On the 13th day of March, 1941, and for sometime theretofore, defendants, Carl Wilson and Rose Wilson, his wife, were the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following described real property, to-wit:

Commencing at a point 149.2 feet west of the intersection of the west line of Fifth Street in the town of Spring-field, Lane County, Oregon, extended with the north line of the Mohawk County road and thence north parallel with the said west line of Fifth Street 299.61 feet, thence due west 74.6 feet, thence south parallel with the said west line of Fifth Street 299.61 feet more or less to…
