The defendant was indicted, and subsequently tried and convicted by a jury, of possession of burglar tools in violation of G. L. 1956, § 11-8-7. 1 The case is before us on the defendant’s bill of exceptions wherein he challenges the correctness of certain rulings made during the course of the trial and a certain portion of the trial justice’s charge to the jury.
