LAVORATO, Justice.
In this consolidated criminal appeal we must decide two issues. In the first appeal we must decide whether there was a valid implicit condition that the defendant waived the right to appeal in a plea bargain agreement. In the second appeal we must decide whether the district court abused its discretion when it overruled the defendant’s motion to dismiss based on an alleged violation of the defendant’s speedy trial rights. In the first appeal we hold there was no such condition. In the second appeal we hold the district court did not abuse its discretion. We affirm on both…
