The plaintiff Mehner, as assignee of one Bethel, sought án order and judgment of the superior court for King county, subjecting to the satisfaction of his claim funds and property in the hands of the defendant, Seattle Merchants Association, a corporation, as assignee for the benefit of the creditors of C. D.- Bridges Company, a corporation.
