This ease, assigned to me on June 4, 1962, is an appeal by plaintiff from the granting of a motion to dismiss her amended bill of complaint for failure to state a cause of action.

Plaintiff is the widow of George Fred Morris, deceased. Defendants Henry 0. Morris and Fred W. Morris are the sons of the deceased and defendant Verna D. Morris is the mother of the deceased. In her amended bill of complaint plaintiff seeks contribution from the defendants to pay Federal income taxes assessed against her and her deceased husband for the years 1956,1957, and 1958 in which they filed joint returns.…
