The plaintiff, Ohio Casualty Insurance Company (an insurance company and a citizen of Ohio), issued February 27, 1935, a policy of automobile liability insurance to Carl Short, and Carl Short, Inc., a Texas corporation engaged in drilling oil wells (citizens of Texas), covering a Ford De Luxe coupé automobile (for brevity called car) belonging to, and used in the business of, such corporation.
