Plaintiff instituted this action under the uniform declaratory judgments act, seeking adjudication of its rights and liabilities arising out of an automobile liability insurance policy issued by it to defendant, Carl A. Willrich. It joined as additional defendants certain other persons who at the time were claiming damages from Willrich for injuries and loss sustained by them in a vehicular collision in which a truck owned and operated by Willrich was involved.
