These are appeals from seventeen bail forfeiture judgments entered in Essex County. We affirm each of the judgments appealed from.

In each of these seventeen cases, which we have consolidated for purposes of this opinion, the appellant is a corporate surety authorized to underwrite bail bonds in the State of New Jersey and, through an authorized agent, posted a bond to secure the appearance of a defendant indicted in Essex County.
