*928*341Plaintiff ABC Bail Bonds, Inc., appeals from the trial court's April 6, 2018 order dismissing its complaint challenging the Supreme Court's authority to revise the guidelines for bail forfeiture remittitur. We affirm for the reasons stated in Judge Paul Innes's written opinion and the reasons stated below.
