On remand from our supreme court, we are ordered to consider the following issue in light of Solem v. Helm, 463 U.S. 277, 103 S.Ct. 3001,77 L.Ed.2d 637 (1983): Whether the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing Maddox to fifteen years' imprisonment1 while sentencing Callahan and Gillum to three and four years' imprisonment, respectively.
