MOORE, Justice.
This suit was instituted by Adelle Hul-lum, Individually and as Temporary Ad-ministratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, J. T. Hullum, and also as Guardian of Richard Sidney Hullum and Cynthia Ann Hullum, seeking damages for the alleged wrongful death of J. T. Hullum under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S. C.A. § 51 et seq. Upon trial of the cause, the jury returned a verdict for the defendant, St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company, and based upon the verdict the court entered a take-nothing judgment and the plaintiffs, hereinafter designated as Appellants,…
