DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Petitioner-Appellant, Aaron Pletcher, appeals from the decision of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas denying his petition to contest reclassification as a Tier III sexual offender. Appellant argues that reclassification, as required by amended RC. Chapter 2950, is unconstitutional upon a number of grounds. Additionally, he argues the trial court failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that he is subject to community notification as imposed by his new classification.
