Jason Krajeski appeals his convictions for possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of a firearm. He contends that the State relied upon an unlawful search of his apartment in which apartment managers and his mother acted as agents of the State when they found stolen bicycles and, later, a firearm. He also contends that the information that the State filed failed to include knowledge as an element of unlawful possession of a firearm. We affirm.
