The accused was charged with two separate offenses of sodomy and two other crimes of taking immoral, improper, and indecent liberties with intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires. He was convicted on the two sodomy specifications and one indecent liberty charge, and was found not guilty of the second immoral and improper act. A sentence to dismissal, confinement at hard labor for one year and partial forfeitures followed, and a board of review affirmed the findings and sentence with one member dissenting.
