This action was begun in the justice court of El Reno City township hy defendant in error against the plaintiff in error for work and labor done and material furnished by defendant in error to plaintiff in error. The parties will hereafter lie referred to as they appeared in the trial court. Judgment was rendered by default in the justice court, and plaintiff appealed the ease to the county court of Canadian county. There are no assignments ol’ error in the brief of plaintiff in error.
