This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claims 1-5 in appellant’s application serial No. 693,354, filed December 26, 1967, for “Continuous Tube Finned Heat Exchanger.” We affirm.

Appellant’s invention relates to heat exchangers, such as are used, for example, in refrigeration and air conditioning units, formed from continuous, looped metal tubes and a plurality of fins which encompass the- individual tubes completely, giving 360° contact.
